Romance Was Born exhibited a mammoth collection this season for MBFWA, titled appropriately ‘Magic Mushroom’. A psychedelic trip to a pastel puff candy land, Romance Was Born collaborated with Australian sugar installation artist Pip & Pop (read Think Positive’s post on them here). Pastel puff spray, sixties baroque, pow-shaped comic punches (a nice continuation from their last fashion week show), candy landscapes, atomic clouds the prints told the story of an Alice on acid in candy dreamscape where life is sweet!
