Dion Lee‘s SS15 collection showed at New York Fashion Week earlier this month. Despite the international stage, Dion draws inspiration from his homeland. Referencing expatriate Australian painter Jeffery Smart’s “industrial roadside landscapes”, Dion wanted to capture the artist’s use of dark undertones, without compromising on colour. His print range worked with bright primaries in bold brushstrokes.
