Christian Wijants is the Antwerp-based fashion designer who was the lucky recipient of the coveted Woolmark prize last year. The designer has released his Resort 2015 collection and it’s a beauty. Inspired by the Moken and Bajau tribes Southeast Asia, both are “sea gypsy” who lived in sync with the ocean. Deep ocean blues, seagrass greens and marine stripes are mixed with incredible loosely woven fisherman knits in white and in pastel rainbow shredded silk.
