China Fossils

Italian product designer Chiara Andreatti has create this sweet range of tableware stamped with the cross section of fruits and vegetables. Creating carved wood moulds the porcelain is printed with the patterns and textures of fruit flesh in cornflower blue paint, appearing almost as fossils again the clean white china.

1Granary is the new multi platform publication from London’s prestigious art and design college, Central Saint Martins. (The name is a reference to the college’s London address.)
