PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, PRICES AND CONDITIONS

All care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specifications of products are correct at the time of publishing and that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and reproduction processes allow.

Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by the customer.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery charges. Note that customers, who order from countries outside of Australia, are not subject Australian GST with this amount will be deducted from your order.

The total liability by Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane for any claims of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising in respect of, or resulting from, any goods supplied by Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane to the customer shall not exceed the price of such goods.

Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane reserves the right to change, without notice, any of the details of the product on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

 

ORDERING

Shopping on the internet is a popular way of purchasing products from the comfort of your own home or while you’re on the go. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all of your personal financial information is securely transferred through PAYPAL, a trusted world-leader in safe, quick and secure online payments.

After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Then your fabric will be printed to order which takes 14 days and checked before being shipped to you.

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Customer satisfaction
It is very important to us at Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane that customers are satisfied with their purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges. If you remain in any way uncertain, please email us.

 

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

Please note that the special made-to-order fabrics and products are not eligible for refund or exchange as they are ordered by customer request, unless in the unlikely event that the item/s are faulty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS and DAMAGES

We take great care in checking, preparing and packaging your order. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us at pennylane@thinkdesignerprints.com.au. We will respond within 24hrs or next business day and take it from there. Do not return the item to us.

If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened please insist that this is noted with the carrier, where possible, before signing for your order.

When returning goods to us, please retain the proof of postage from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please package your product with care as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in transit.

Please allow 7 days for processing.

 

MISPLACED ORDERS

All orders sent by Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION and COSTS

We like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

 

Shipping within Australia

  • Orders will be dispatched with 24-hours of completion or the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped via Express Post.
  • In most cases orders will be received within one to two business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping outside of Australia

  • For international orders over 10 metres please email pennylane@thinkdesignerprints.com.au for a quote.
  • All international shipping costs will be quoted within 12 hours upon receipt of email.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Express Post International service.
  • Generally orders will be received within three to ten working days after your order has been printed, although certain destinations may take longer.
  • Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.

International customers

All international customers please note that overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by customs and excise delays.

 

PRIVACY

We take privacy laws seriously. Any personal details that you provide to us, including your name, address telephone number and email address, beyond that required to make a transaction, will not be released to any third party unless compelled to under governing law (New South Wales, Australia) or requested by you.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this site or information provided to or gathered by Think Positive Designer Prints and Penny Lane with respect to that use.
